1. Add 1mL of OxyPower to the inhaler from starter kit.
2. Turn on inhaler by pressing button and holding it down until you see mist.
3. Take one deep breath through the nose and exhale.
4. Take one deep breath through the mouth and exhale. (This may make you cough at first until you are used to it)
5. Turn inhaler off by pressing the button. There will be remaining liquid to use for next inhaling session, do not discard.

1. Pour OxyPower onto cotton pad or spray bottle and apply directly onto skin
2. Repeat twice daily or as needed.

1 Cup OxyPower

1. Pour 1 Cup of OxyPower into warm bath water
2. Soak in tub for at least 30 minutes
3. Repeat weekly or as needed.

2 cups of OxyPower + 1 gallon of water

Steps to use:

1. Combine water and OxyPower and mix

1. Draw bath with warm water
2. Add 2 cups of OxyPower to bath + 1 cup of Epsom Salt
3. Soak in tub for at least 30 minutes

1 cup of OxyPower, ½ cool water, & clean cloth

Steps:

1. Combine OxyPower and cool (not cold) water in a bowl.
2. Place clean cloth in OxyPower solution and allow absorption.
3. Wring out excess solution.
4. Place around aching muscle or joint.
5. Allow to remain in place for 10-15minutes for relief.
6. Repeat as necessary, but always using a clean cloth.

A Few Drops using dropper & tissue

Steps:

1. Tilt head toward shoulder.
2. Drop 2 drops of OxyPower directly into the ear canal.
3. Allow OxyPower to remain in ear canal for 30 seconds.
4. Tilt head in other direction to drain out OxyPower onto a tissue paper.
5. Repeat twice a day until ear infection clears.

2ml OxyPower, cotton pad, coconut oil

1. Saturate cotton pad with OxyPower
2. Wash face in upward circular motions to clean face
3. Allow to air dry and/or apply coconut oil
4. Repeat twice daily in the morning and before going to bed.
